Shipping
All our items leave the warehouse with their packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should do is verify that the number of packages received matches the number sent. Second, inspect each package externally for signs of impact or mishandling, such as bumps, dents, holes, damaged boxes, courier seals, or any other signs that might suggest the goods may be damaged.
If you notice signs of damage , it is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, whether on paper or digital media (PDA), stating "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present.
If in doubt, do not pick up the package, inform the carrier and contact us at atencionalcliente@northvivor.com.
At the moment, we only ship automatically to mainland Spain and Portugal. For shipments outside this area, please contact us directly, and we'll discuss the possibilities individually.
As a general rule, orders for in-stock products take between 48 and 72 hours to arrive at their destination on business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You can find more information in our Shipping Policy.

We are sellers and distributors of several brands and we also have our own products and, although we try to have in stock a selection of the products that we consider may be of greatest interest to our customers, it is impossible for us to have in stock the complete catalog of each brand, but we do have the possibility of obtaining any product from the official catalog of each of them, as long as they have it available, so if you are looking for a specific product and you cannot find it on our website or it is not available, do not hesitate to contact us and we will get it for you.
